Onboarding that customers finish
We rebuilt our onboarding around one question: what does a new team need in its first ten minutes?

Two years ago only a third of new DrumKit teams finished onboarding. We asked why, and the answer was simple: we asked for too much before we showed anything useful.
Now a new team sees a working file with their own logo and colours in under two minutes, and everything else waits until they need it. Completion is above eighty percent, and support tickets in the first week halved.
