Is there a free trial available?: Yes, you can try DrumKit free for 30 days. If you want, we’ll give you a free, personal 30-minute onboarding call to get your team up and running as soon as possible.
Can I change my plan later?: Of course. Our pricing scales with your team. Move up or down a plan at any time from your workspace settings, and we’ll prorate the difference.
What is your cancellation policy?: We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and we’ll refund the unused part of what you’ve already paid.
Can other info be added to an invoice?: Yes. Add a purchase order number, an ABN or a billing contact in your workspace’s billing settings, and every invoice after that carries it.
How does billing work?: Plans are per workspace, not per account. Pay monthly, or annually and save 20%. You can upgrade one workspace and keep any number of free ones.
How do I change my account email?: Go to drumkit.com/account from a laptop or desktop, choose Email and confirm the new address from the message we send to it.
