Frequently asked questions
- Is there a free trial available?
- Yes, you can try DrumKit free for 30 days. If you want, we’ll give you a free, personal 30-minute onboarding call to get your team up and running as soon as possible.
- Can I change my plan later?
- Of course. Our pricing scales with your team. Move up or down a plan at any time from your workspace settings, and we’ll prorate the difference.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and we’ll refund the unused part of what you’ve already paid.
- Can other info be added to an invoice?
- Yes. Add a purchase order number, an ABN or a billing contact in your workspace’s billing settings, and every invoice after that carries it.
- How does billing work?
- Plans are per workspace, not per account. Pay monthly, or annually and save 20%. You can upgrade one workspace and keep any number of free ones.
- How do I change my account email?
- Go to drumkit.com/account from a laptop or desktop, choose Email and confirm the new address from the message we send to it.

People first. Design later.
DrumKit started in 2019 in a converted printworks on Smith Street, Collingwood, with four people, two desks and one rule: the people who use the tool matter more than the tool. That rule still decides what we build and how we build it.
Before we draw a screen, we sit with the teams who will use it. Designers, developers and product managers show us how they work today, where the handoffs break and which files they are afraid to open. Most of our best features started as a sticky note on someone else’s monitor.
Our Melbourne and Sydney studios are small on purpose. Designers pair with engineers every day, support sits beside product, and everyone takes a turn answering customer email. When something is confusing, the person who built it hears about it the same week and usually fixes it the same day.
We ship in small steps, write down what we decide and share our work early, rough edges and all. It keeps us honest, and it means the DrumKit you open tomorrow is a little better than the one you used today.

Our design system used to live in six places. With DrumKit it lives in one, and every product team pulls from it the day it changes.
