Collaboration can make our teams stronger and our individual designs better. Here’s how we do it.
The best designs we have shipped were never one person’s. They were argued over, tested, pulled apart and put back together by a designer, a developer and someone who talks to customers every day.
We make that easy on purpose: files are open to the whole company by default, comments are cheap, and a work-in-progress label means nobody mistakes a sketch for a decision. Perfection can wait for the second round.
